Hey cousins!
How are you all? We just found out our next assignment is in Ohio. Daniel got accepted at A.F.I.T. to get his PhD in Electro optics. We will leave next summer. We're excited about that (I've heard a lot of positive things about the area from other military moms/wives). These pictures were taken by our good friend who is getting her port folio together to become a professional photographer...this is the beach just down the hill from us.

That's awesome Rachael! I almost went to optometry school there--what part of Ohio will you be staying? We'll have to visit you some time. Ohio is on our way from here in Memphis to Jana's parents in Michigan (And it's not too bad of a drive)! Anywho, hope you enjoy it there!
We'll be in Dayton, OH. A couple of my sister-in-laws are close to you-one lives in Olive Branch...isn't that just fifteen or twenty minutes south of you?
The other is in Spring Hill, TN which is about thirty minutes south of Nashville.
It's about a three hour drive from Dayton to Memphis-but, I'll definitely be going to visit my sister-in-laws now that we'll be so much closer than we ever have before. So cool to know that we have family out that way-I don't have to feel so alone being a military wife and all.
